"I have been a State Farm customer for almost 30 years. I have to say Jason Ruiz has the best office by far of all that I have used all over the country. I recently switched to his office and Jason and his staff have been nothing but VERY helpful and have gone out of their way to answer any questions I have had (even when it wasn't for insurance, just being great people!). If you don't have Jason as your insurance agent I can't recommend him highly enough here is an extra star just because 5 doesn't do them justice. Thank you!!"

"This is an absolutely horrible experience. After many years, our costs keep rising and we had two companies get competing bids.. We compared all policies and the coverage was similar. I called Katie to see if they could look at lowering our costs. She was not only rude she demanded to see all details of competing quotes. I told her no we have compared coverage and we would simply like to see if you could do better. She said we will NOT do that. I told her we would be sending in our termination and she said she was “good with that”. Never have I dealt with such arrogance after 20 years of being a customer. “."

"I had an unfortunate experience with this team, as they displayed a lack of competence in handling my case. After escalating the issue to StateFarm's customer service, it took over a month to resolve what should have been a straightforward matter. The team communicated with a sense of entitlement and failed to follow up on my open requests unless if I reached out to them (every follow up). If you are a StateFarm client, I recommend considering a different agent."

"Premium for one bedroom apt $588? When the average in TX through StateFarm is $252? $45 a month? What the what? I’m not only disputing this premium, I’m filing a complaint with TDI as I’ve now spent 45 minutes on hold being transferred repeatedly between representatives who have no information whatsoever, and can only transfer you to someone who can further assist. This “Jason Ruiz” character, I mean is he real? Over persistent to collect payment and nowhere to be found when I have a legitimate inquiry about my policy. I’m very frustrated. Of all the headache the past year has brought on this is infuriating and completely inconsiderate, unprofessional, shady business tactics, misleading, I feel duped. Bait and switched. Lied to. False advertising. Target. Swindled. 13:11 min “all customer representatives are busy please remain in the line.”"
