ABOUT OUR AGENCYOur agency opened in 2017 and is a close-knit team of three who work together in a supportive, family-oriented environment. Before becoming an agent, I had a background in recruiting where I specialized in placing physicians. That experience gave me a strong appreciation for building relationships, identifying talent, and helping people succeed.I’m a proud Texas Tech graduate and a proud husband and dad. Family plays a big role in my life and influences the culture I’ve built within our office. We stay involved in the community by supporting and participating in multiple charitable organizations. Giving back and staying connected locally is important to both me and our team.We offer a four-day work week, team-building events, goal-based incentives, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. Creating an environment where people can work hard while still enjoying life outside the office is something I value. Our culture is family-oriented and supportive. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, coachable, personable, and a self-starter. If you enjoy working with people, taking initiative, and being part of a team that supports each other’s success, this could be a great place to grow your career.ROLE DESCRIPTIONAs Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jason Ruiz - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success.
